1. What we receive

If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address and project message you choose to send. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.

2. Why we use it

We use enquiry details to understand your request, reply to you and decide whether a useful next conversation is possible. We do not sell contact details or use them for unrelated mailing lists.

3. Service providers

The form may use Resend to deliver email. Information is sent only as needed to operate the contact flow and respond to an enquiry.

4. Retention and requests

We keep enquiry information for as long as it is reasonably useful for communication or an agreed project, then remove it when no longer needed. You can ask what we hold, request a correction or ask us to delete an enquiry by emailing hello@yulenia.digital.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
